Blossom Speech & Language Therapy is a Therapist Owned/Operated pediatric speech and language therapy practice located in Boca Raton, Florida. We value children and their families and are determined to provide high quality therapy for the best outcomes for your child. Mallory Boyd, M.S., CCC-SLP is a highly skilled and experienced speech-language pathologist with a passion for early intervention. As the founder and owner of Blossom Speech & Language Therapy, Mallory brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is state licensed in Florida and is Hanen More Than Words® certified.

Mallory L. Boyd, M.S., CCC-SLP
Founder/Owner | Speech Pathologist
After an array of diverse work experiences, Mallory found her love for private practice and a deep passion working with the early intervention through preschool age populations. With a decade of experience in the field, Mallory has acquired a strong and specific skillset working with late talking toddlers/speech delays, speech sound disorders, language delays/disorders, autism, and implementing child led, play based therapy.
Throughout her career, Mallory has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field and is constantly seeking new ways to improve her practice. In addition to her clinical work, Mallory also serves as a mentor and supervisor to aspiring SLP graduate students and stated licensed speech language pathologist assistants.
Mallory's passion for pediatric therapy and early intervention is evident in all aspects of her work. She works closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each child receives the individualized care and attention they need to thrive.
Mallory earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University and has since gained experience working with both pediatric and adult populations in a variety of settings. These include working in local hospital systems in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with premature infants. She has also worked in preschools, daycares, private clinics, hippotherapy, and private and public school settings.
Tamara “Tammy” Ibrahimova, M.S., CCC-SLP
Ms. Tamara "Tammy" Ibraihmova, M.S., CCC-SLP is a dedicated and experienced pediatric speech language pathologist with 9 years of experience working with the preschool through school age population. She is accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), is state licensed in Florida and holds her Bilingual Education Extension certificate (BEA) in Russian from New York State. Tammy brings a warm and positive approach to her therapy sessions, creating a comfortable and nurturing environment for her clients to learn and grow.
Tammy graduated from Long Island University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and has since worked in both New York public schools and private clinics. Her experience has given her an understanding of the challenges faced by children with speech and language delays, and she is committed to providing the best possible care and support for each of her clients.
Tammy is a wonderful therapist and is eager to help children overcome communication obstacles and achieve their full potential. She is a great asset to our team and we are thrilled to have her on board. At our clinic, we believe in the power of personalized care and individualized treatment plans, and Tammy's expertise and dedication align perfectly with our values.
