We offer private pay/prompt pay discounts for those who have:

• Maxed out of their benefits

• Do not have health insurance

• Have a high deductible plan higher than $5,000

• No coverage for speech/language therapy services under their insurance plan 

*Payment is due at time of service

 

Note: Remember, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will verify your insurance benefits for speech/language evaluation and therapy related to the suspected diagnosis and treatment needed, however, we highly encourage all families to be familiar with their coverage/benefits so that there are no surprises. Be aware that some insurance plans will only cover services if the deductible has been met. If you have a high deductible plan, you may have to pay out of pocket for services until the deductible has been reached. There may also be limits to the number of therapy visits authorized per calendar year. Any costs for services not covered by the patient’s insurance plan will be billed to the responsible party.
